The Feldküche project, organized by friendship.is stands for Haute cuisine in the wilderness. However, it is more than merely good food; it unites region, nature, craft, culinary art, and a bunch of lovely people at one long table in the middle of a field, in the woods (2015 Walster) or on a mountain (2016 Krippenstein). Teresa Kettner and Elke were lucky to be invited to join them as artists in residence, and working with natural materials that reflect the topic: “Illustrating on fur” (2015) and “Clay, wild herbs, and flowers” (2016).
